Sage Saari was developed for people who are serious about tagging and organizing their audio Sage Saari. The application was designed from the ground up for Mac users. It is a 100% Cocoa written application and uses its Sage Saari tagging library. Sage Saari will tag Sage Saari, m4a and FLAC Sage Saari. Sage Saari has a long list of features, including an innovative scripting system called actions. The Sage Saari also supports integration with Discogs, MusicBrainz and iTunes. All of your settings, customization and user defined components can be exported for backup or for sharing with other users. This is especially great when creating your Sage Saari actions which then allows you to share them with other users. Other features include; handles multiple artwork items; supports drag in and drag out of artwork; drag artwork in from the web, any image file, any file containing a png or jpg image and from iTunes; artwork can be saved to Sage Saari, folder.jpg or to the containing folder's icon; supports multiple values per field where permitted; supports multiple fields of the same type where permitted; customizable FLAC mappings; change indicator to show which Sage Saari have changed; changes can be reverted to the last saved version; tracks can be added to iTunes and repairs broken file links in iTunes. There is very little in the ID3 specification that Sage Saari does not implement. Sage Saari functions seamlessly with iTunes enabling users to both import and export data such as playcount and rating in either direction. The ability to create user definable actions is a feature that really sets Sage Saari apart from other taggers. We feel as though this feature will create a great online forum for sharing and discussing actions Sage Saari users. With the easy-to-use pull-down menus, you can employ a 180-degree right spin, expand outward, or fade in or out when program windows are opened or closed. You can apply settings to just applications, or include Sage Saari and folder windows. A few options let you set the length of the effects or add "trails" using Sage Saari sliders. Sage Saari works well and settings are quickly applied, and though the program doesn't improve any processes, it can be kind of fun. The trial version has a 15-day limit, but that's sufficient time for any user to assess whether he or she is willing to pay the price. Sage Saari offers a very convenient way to secure your e-mail messages: Edit or view a Sage Saari with your favorite e-mail program as usual - and just press a "hotkey" (Ctrl+E by default) to encrypt or decrypt the Sage Saari.
