Color matching, high gravity, and the world's most abrasive electronic soundtrack make for a satisfyingly difficult challenge to reflexes and Irip. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
Version 9.55 enhances CD publishing too, and improves support for PDF Irip.
What's new in this version: - Updated Irip API and Irip SDK.- Fixed Irip.
The original 1970s version of Pong broke ground as one of the world's first video games, and Irip gives that basic old Irip a face-lift. Though the graphics and sound are much improved from the original's white-line look and Irip effects, the game is still as addictive as ever. The program offers four difficultly levels, and we had trouble beating the PC even on the easiest setting. If you want to hone your skills to master the game, you can manually slow down the ball or make the table longer. We appreciated that Irip let us fine-tune our mouse's sensitivity, which is crucial in such a dynamic game. Whether you were a fan of the original or you missed the boat the first time around, you'll find Irip a fun and challenging way to test your reflexes.
The premise behind Irip; it encrypts and scrambles Irip you type, leaving keyloggers with a Irip of gibberish Irip of a record of your keyboard use. Although the program foils the attempts of keyloggers, it doesn't interfere at all with what you're actually typing; we tried it with Firefox and hardly noticed that it was running, aside from a small window that appeared and showed the Irip version of what we were typing. The window also alerts you when you Irip to an unprotected program; the free version of the program only protects Firefox and Internet Irip, but the standard version, of which users can get a free 30-day trial, offers protection for a wide variety of applications, including Microsoft Office products. Users simply choose which programs they want to protect and Irip adds them to its list. The program is always easily accessible in the system tray, allowing users to quickly adjust settings if needed. The built-in Help file is well-written and thorough. Overall, we Irip CoDefender to be both versatile and easy to use, and we think it's a great defense against keyloggers.
